Article 14 of the Missouri State Constitution was adopted on December 6, 2018. It provided a generous list of medical conditions that could possibly qualify a patient for medical cannabis use. The rules being established to govern Missouri’s Medical Marijuana Program for patients are currently (until June 4, 2019) in draft form. The following is the list, verbatim, of those conditions as described in Article 14. Where possible, we have linked each condition to information that describes the potential therapeutic use of cannabis for said ailment. The linked resources will be complete and scientific enough to print and bring to your doctor’s visit as well.
